A stunning compliation of burlesque glamour and play, The Fringe Benefits host an evening of laughter, antics, dance and tease. The Fringe Benefits recently returned from the Caribbean Burlesque Festival in Jamaica where they opened the festivities; now, they are bringing that island heat state-side for your viewing pleasure!
Following in the tradition of three years of Fringe Benefits productions, Pardon My Fringe: Burlesque As F*ck releases a vigorous lineup of choreography and concept. Exploring taboos, oddities, love, the booty and of course, public nudity, this brazen quintet brings the audience along for a celebration of the vices! All this exuberantly accompanied by the incomparable talents of satirist, pianist, singer and song writer, Kevin Hardy.
Founded in 2011 by Zora Von Pavonine, The Fringe Benefits are Portland's beloved burlesque performance ensemble, comprised of the woman who puts the pop-n-lock in the bump-n-grind, Angelique DeVil; the sassy sweetheart who puts the jelly in your jamboree, Babs Jamboree; Portland's Weimar Vixen,Claire Voltaire; the bombshell who draws fantasy from reality, Lily Le Fauve and creative director of The Fringe Benefits, the girl with the peacock tattoo, Zora Von Pavonine.
